How do I start a Subscribe & Save subscription?

Find a subscribe-eligible product, choose your quantity and delivery frequency, and select "Subscribe & Save." Review your order and click subscribe — that's it. We'll email you before each shipment so you can make changes if needed.

Can I add or change products in my subscription?

Yes. Log in to your account, open "Manage Subscriptions," and click "Edit" to adjust products and quantities. Prefer a hand? Our support team can update it for you.

How do I change my delivery date or frequency?

You can adjust your delivery date and frequency (30 or 60 days) anytime in your account's order center, or contact our support team and we'll set it for you.

How do I skip just one shipment?

From "Manage Subscriptions," you can skip or delay an individual order without cancelling your subscription. Your following orders continue as scheduled.

Will my price change if a product goes on sale?

Your 15% subscription discount always applies.  However, since the discount is already applied each and every month, subscribe and save discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers

Is there a minimum number of orders or a cancellation fee?

No. There's no minimum and no fees — you can cancel anytime from your account.

When am I charged, and how will I know an order is coming?

We send an email notification before each shipment is processed, so you always have time to edit, skip, or cancel before you're charged.
