I generally think your operation is very efficient and responsive. What I dislike is your use of styrofoam peanuts in some shipments. They are hard to dispose of and I am afraid of my dog trying to grab and eat them.

We completely understand your concern. The packing peanuts we use are actually made from cornstarch. They are environmentally friendly, biodegradable, and will dissolve in water, making them much easier to dispose of than Styrofoam. We chose this packaging material as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact while still protecting products during shipping.
