Make sure to attach your 'Before' & 'After' pictures.
- Pictures should be high resolution and must visibly show stated weight loss.
- Before and After photos should be taken by someone else. (So the “camera hand” isn’t obstructing the photo).
- 'Before' picture can be any photo of yourself that really shows noticeable weight loss when compared to the after photo.
- 'After' picture should be a full-length, isolated body shot. The photo should be of just you in front of a wall, with hands on your hips or at your side.
These tips are what works best when we include your story with any of our Success Story posts or announcements.
