It's ok - rather have it spiral bound

I'm using the journal off and on all day, and I find the book hard to write in because of its size and binding. I'd rather have a journal that's spiral bound, so I can fold it all the way open. That would make writing in it a lot easier. (Honestly, I'd rather have an app than a paper book for a journal, but that doesn't exist for this diet, as far as I know.)
