Surprising discovery…

I am six weeks into the Fat Flush program and on my third bottle of High Lignan Flaxseed Oil. My skin has never looked better! What I didn’t notice was that l was getting random bloody noses, heavy menstrual bleeding and broken blood vessel’s during this time. Surprised to find out from my ophthalmologist that certain ingredients in the supplements as well as the cranwater and flaxseed oil are natural blood thinners and should be taken less often.
