Using the bile builder made me have problems going poop! The CLA-1000 and Weight Loss capsules had me gain weight.

Hi Tina, Thank you for your review. The bile salts in Bile Builder can be constipating for some. We would suggest cutting back on the dosage and/or supplementing with magnesium to offset the ox bile. Bile Builder from Quick Start

Whoever or whatever is filling your bottles needs to make sure they are accurate. My bike builder was to have 120 capsules for a 30 day supply which I paid for. It was ten days short. The others CLA-1000 and the Weight Loss Formula were accurate. Please make amends.

If you're taking 6 per day, this is only a 20 day supply. On average most people take 4 capsules per day, which if taken this way is a 30 day supply.
