Plus results for both husband and myself of 78 years young!!!! We have now been on Time-C for our first year - and what a GREAT year to begin taking this product. Read about it in James Templeton book... (should be a must read for ALL Americans)!!!!!
My family and clients find that time c has presented and aided in creating a better overall health and wellness... We wont be without our vitamin C
We’ve recently begun the daily regimen of Time-C which I believe has contributed to our overall well being. We don’t take multiples of c all day, so I think the value of Timed-C release is contributing to our cells being able to have a consistent boost of c! Both my husband and I have had strong immune responses to colds and flu this season.
Just the correct ratio for this ol' gal to be taking. . . Of course I shall order them again... forever !!! Thank you !!
Relieves muscle stiffness in the morning when I get up in the morning...
Hi Dan, Thank you for your review. Liposomal vitamin C contains the vitamin c inside very tiny, fat-like particles. This form is easier for the body to absorb and allows more vitamin C to get past the stomach and into the intestines to be absorbed into the blood and used throughout the body. Time C is a time release formula so that it is released slowly as it is broken down and gives the body a prolonged dosage of vitamin C. Both of these delivery systems are effective. Most importantly you want the source of the vitamin C to be ascorbic acid. It's the most bioavailable form, meaning it is readily absorbed by the body through the bloodstream. In good health, UNI KEY Staff
The tablets are hard to swallow. I didn’t realize these weren’t capsules. Wish they were capsules because they have a good amount of vitamin c in each tablet.
