Did a Tap Score lead test and came back positive for high lead after running the water through the ball. Sent report to customer service agent and they are asking me to pay to ship it back. This is deceptive marketing and horrible service.

Not what’s pictured or advertised

I was sent a sprite brand with no faucet attachment. It also did not have the same filter beads as advertised. This website is a scam. I demanded my money back immediately.

Do not fit very stable…as a velcro strap was sent….Must check and reset as need…But water flow is great to get this amount of water in good time….Enjoy NOT smelling chlorine
