Carrot Chips

  • 4 large carrots
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  2. Thinly slice the carrots into 'coins'.
  3. Spread the carrots onto a baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes.
