Can Coffee Help You Burn Fat? Research Says Yes!

Studies now show that coffee is an antioxidant rich beverage that whittles your waist, revs up metabolism and slashes your risk for disease. Can coffee burn fat?

Yes, light roast coffee would have a higher level of CGA than medium or dark roast.
