Return Policy
All returns require an authorization number obtained from the UNI KEY ® customer service department. Items NOT authorized for return include: open bottles, books, special order items, items invoiced over 30 days.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

UNI KEY ® does not ship Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed after 2:30 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on the following business day.
